Who is responsible
Hypify Media, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is responsible for Utility Current. Its principal address on the Florida business register is 1680 Michigan Avenue, Suite 700, #362, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States. This address is not monitored for correspondence. Privacy inquiries are handled by the Utility Current editorial desk. Send privacy questions through the editorial contact form. If delivery is unavailable, please return once the contact service is active; do not submit sensitive information.
Language preferences and translation
Your language choice is saved in your browser until cleared. Selecting a non-English language sends public site text to Cloudflare Workers AI for machine translation. Form entries and private messages are not sent for translation. Machine translations are cached by our hosting provider and labeled; original wording remains available.
Information you provide
Contact forms request your name, email, topic and message so the editorial desk can respond. Newsletter signup requests an email address and separate permission to receive the newsletter, followed by email confirmation. Contacting us does not subscribe you. Do not include payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information in messages.
Usage analytics
When you opt in, Google Analytics measures page visits and selected interactions using browser identifiers and analytics cookies. Google processes device and connection information. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses or URL query strings to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in our tag. Global Privacy Control disables analytics. You may withdraw permission through Manage privacy choices; this disables our tag and clears its first-party analytics cookies. Preferences and embeds
We remember consent choices, appearance preferences and requested features in browser storage. TradingView widgets load by default unless you disable external market content in your privacy choices. Existing opt-outs are respected. When loaded, TradingView receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details and may use its own storage under its privacy notice. Withdrawal removes widgets and reloads the page but cannot remove data already held by a third party.
Service providers
Resend processes confirmation emails, contact-message delivery and newsletter contacts when delivery is activated. Cloudflare supplies domain DNS and configured email forwarding; forwarded inquiries are delivered to the curator’s private business inbox and its email provider. Google Fonts supplies the site’s web font and receives ordinary connection metadata when the font is requested. We do not send form contents to analytics.
Purpose and choices
We use submitted details to respond to requests and operate the requested service, newsletter consent to send subscribed communications, and analytics consent to understand site use. Where applicable, security and essential operations are based on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. We do not sell personal information, run behavioral advertising or use session recordings. We honor Global Privacy Control by disabling optional analytics.
Retention
Newsletter contacts remain with the email provider until unsubscribed or removed; a suppression record may be retained to honor an opt-out. Inquiry retention is being finalized before launch. Provider log retention depends on its settings and contract. We will retain information only as needed for its purpose, legal obligations or resolving disputes; the launch review must set and document provider retention periods.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and complain to your local privacy regulator. We may need proportionate identity verification before acting. Withdraw analytics permission at any time using the controls on this Privacy page. Newsletter messages must provide an unsubscribe option. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
International processing and children
Service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards and provider agreements must be reviewed before public launch. This professional information service is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly solicit their personal information.
